Project Description

This proposed five-bedroom duplex is a substantial, prestige residential development conceived for a household that values space, privacy, and the finer qualities of a well-designed home. Spread across two generously proportioned floors, the building balances formal grandeur at the ground level with an intimate, family-centred atmosphere above.
