Project Description

This proposed development presents a terrace of four well-appointed residential units, designed as a unified architectural composition while giving each household a fully independent and self-sufficient home. The scheme reflects a growing demand for quality, medium-density housing that balances privacy, community, and long-term investment value.

Each unit is arranged across two floors with a clear and logical separation between social and private life. The ground floor establishes the public face of the home — a formal entrance leads into a lobby and ante room, opening out to a generous lounge and dining area. The kitchen is positioned efficiently alongside a dedicated store, ensuring the service areas do not encroach on the main living spaces. A visitors’ WC and a BQ unit with its own verandah complete the ground level, providing both hospitality and staff accommodation without compromising the household’s privacy.

The first floor is devoted entirely to family life.
