Project Description

The Osuji Development is a proposed private residential estate occupying Plot 3, Area F in the prestigious New Owerri layout, Owerri West LGA, Imo State. Rather than a single dwelling, this project delivers a thoughtfully planned multi-building compound that addresses the full spectrum of residential need — from premium family living to compact rental accommodation and on-site security — all within a unified architectural vision.

The centrepiece of the development is a three-storey, three-bedroom detached duplex designed for the primary household. The ground floor establishes the home’s social and service core: a generous lounge and dining area, a kitchen with store, a BQ unit for independent staff accommodation, a visitors’ WC, ante room, verandah, and a staircase hall that anchors vertical movement through the building.
